Press the CLEAN button on the robot. It will play an audio alert stating the specific problem. The light ring turns red to indicate an error state.
Common causes and fixes:
- Low battery: Place robot on charging station.
- Empty tank: Light ring will show a red sweeping motion toward the tank lid. Remove tank, fill to top with water (13 fl oz / 385 mL). You may add 2 fl oz (59 mL) of Braava jet Hard Floor Cleaning Solution first if using.
- Missing or incorrect pad: The robot only runs with Braava jet m Series pads. Attach a clean pad to the underside.
If the CLEAN button press doesn't clarify, reboot. Hold the CLEAN button for 10 seconds. The robot will restart.
