This usually means it didn't start the job from the charging station, or the path back is blocked.
Here's what you do:
- First, check the area around the charging station. Make sure it's clear of clutter for at least 4 feet in front of it.
- To manually send it home, tap the HOME button on the robot. A blue light ring pattern means it's seeking the station.
- Important: The 'go home' feature only works if your robot started that cleaning job from the charging station. If you placed it elsewhere to start, you'll need to manually return it.
- Wipe the sensors on the bottom of the robot and the charging contacts on both the robot and station with a dry cloth.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The robot might have a low battery and can't make the trip. Slide it onto the charging station contacts manually. If the 'CLEAN' text is pulsing while charging, it's in the middle of a job and will resume once recharged.
HEADS UP: Keep your charging station plugged in at all times, and position it at least 4 feet away from stairs to prevent falls.
