braava m6 just spins in a small spot and doesn't clean my whole kitchen. is it broken?

It sounds like you might have accidentally activated Spot Clean mode. That's designed for a focused 3.3 ft / 1 m area.

Here's how to run a full cleaning job:

1. Make sure the robot starts from its charging station. It needs to begin there to map your space.
2. For a whole-room clean, just press the CLEAN button once. Don't hold it.
3. Your robot will then automatically explore and clean, moving methodically across the floor.

If that didn't work: Check for obstacles. The robot needs a clear path. Also, ensure the camera and sensors on the top and bottom are clean. Wipe them with a damp cloth.
