No. Using a different adapter may damage the router.
You must use the original ASUS AC adapter that came in the package. The specifications are non-negotiable: DC Output of +19V with a maximum current of 2.37A, or +19.5V with 2.31A current.
Using an adapter with a different voltage or incorrect current rating can cause the router to malfunction, overheat, or be permanently damaged.
Contact ASUS support or an authorized retailer to purchase an exact replacement adapter. Do not use a generic substitute.
