DIAGNOSIS An unbalanced load triggered the Unbalance Detection system. The washer skipped the high-speed spin to prevent damage.
FIX Stop the cycle. Redistribute the load evenly in the tub. Make sure no heavy items (like a rug or blanket) are wrapped around the agitator. Restart a Spin Only cycle. Always mix large and small items.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Check the leveling feet. The washer must be perfectly level on the floor. Use a wrench to adjust the feet. Rock the cabinet. It should not wobble. An unlevel washer will false-trigger the unbalance sensor.
HEADS UP Overloading is the main cause. This washer's capacity is 5.0 cu ft. If you're stuffing it full, it can't balance. Leave room for items to move.
