FIX Verify the power cord is fully seated into the terminal block on the back of the washer. Unplug it, wait 30 seconds, and firmly reconnect it at both ends (outlet and washer).
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The main control board may have a blown fuse or failed component. This requires a multimeter test by a technician. Do not attempt to open the console yourself.
