coffee leaks all over the counter from the bottom of the machine, not from the carafe.

DIAGNOSIS Water is escaping the internal brewing system. The most likely source is a cracked or disconnected water tube inside the unit or a failed seal on the boiler assembly.

FIX Unplug the machine. Remove the base plate and the outer shell. Visually inspect all clear silicone water tubes for cracks, especially at connection points. Check the boiler assembly for mineral scale cracks or failed gaskets. Replace any faulty tubes or seals.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The leak may originate from the water reservoir's connection port. Inspect the rubber gasket where the reservoir docks. Replace if worn or deformed.

HEADS UP Internal leaks pose a serious electrical hazard. Do not use the machine until the leak is diagnosed and repaired. Water contact with the main control board can cause a short.
