Diagnosis
The printer's color calibration is out of whack. It happens after major changes like replacing all cartridges, or if a drum was installed in the wrong slot.
How to Fix It
Run the automatic calibration from the menu. On the control panel, press Menu, navigate to 'Maintenance', then 'Calibration', and select 'Auto Calibration'. The printer will print a test page and scan it to adjust colors. Make sure you use plain white paper and the printed page goes face-up into the ADF or scanner glass.
If That Didn't Work
Double-check that each drum unit (DR-330) is in its correct color slot: black on the far left, then cyan, magenta, and yellow on the far right. Swapping cyan and magenta, for example, will ruin all colors.
Heads Up
Always run calibration after replacing any toner or drum. Also, this printer's color output is tuned for business graphics, not photo prints. Don't expect perfect color fidelity for photos even when calibrated.
