Diagnosis
Yeah, this one's common. The printer thinks one of the color drums has reached its end-of-life page count. It's separate from the toner cartridges.
How to Fix It
Open the front cover. You'll see four drums lined up in a row (black, cyan, magenta, yellow). The status screen usually indicates which one it wants replaced, like 'C' for cyan. Press the blue release lever on the drum unit and pull it straight out. Replace it with a new DR-330 series drum unit. Close the front cover.
If That Didn't Work
Sometimes the drum life counter gets stuck. You can try resetting it manually. With the front cover open, hold down the 'Go' button for about 10 seconds until all the LEDs light up. That resets the drum counters, but it's a temporary fix if the drum is genuinely worn out.
Heads Up
Don't shake the old drum unit like you might with toner. You'll just make a mess. The drums are sensitive to light, so don't leave a new one out of its bag for long before installing.
