One coffee spout is blocked.
- Let the machine cool completely.
- Use a toothpick to gently clear any coffee grounds from the blocked spout.
- Run a rinse cycle to flush out any remaining debris.
If the blockage persists, the infuser may need cleaning. Open the infuser door, remove the infuser, and rinse it under warm water. Do not use soap.
Performing regular cleaning cycles helps prevent this issue.
