Let's check the basics first. It's easy to miss a simple step.
- Make sure it's plugged into the wall outlet.
- Check the main switch on the back of the machine. It needs to be in the "I" position.
- Now press the power button on the front control panel. You should hear it start up and see lights flash.
If there's still nothing, check your power source. Try a different outlet. Remember, it needs a grounded socket with at least a 10A rating.
If it plugged in and the rear switch is on but pressing the front button does nothing, don't try to open it up. That voids the warranty. Contact De'Longhi service.
