Diagnosis
No power to the control box. The inline fuse on the power cable or the internal fuse in the control box has blown.
How to Fix It
Locate the small black power brick (the control box) along the desk's cable run. On its side is a small, recessed fuse drawer. Use a small flathead screwdriver to pop it open. Replace the 5A 250V glass fuse (5x20mm size) with an identical one. Plug the desk back in.
If That Didn't Work
The power supply unit inside the black control box has failed. This requires replacement of the entire control box. You must contact Seville Classics for the correct part.
Heads Up
A blown fuse is usually a symptom. Check for pinched wires under the desk frame or a motor short before assuming it was a one-time event.
