DIAGNOSIS
The up-firing drivers are not engaged. This is typically due to incorrect soundbar mode or a source/connection that is not passing through a Dolby Atmos signal.

FIX
1. Verify your source is outputting Atmos. For streaming, ensure the app (e.g., Netflix, Disney+) shows 'Dolby Atmos' on the title. For Blu-ray, check player audio settings.
2. Set the soundbar to 'Standard' or 'Adaptive Sound' mode. 'Surround Sound' mode may not properly activate the height channels. Avoid 'Game Pro'.
3. Check the soundbar display. When playing Atmos content, it should briefly show 'DOLBY ATMOS', not just 'DOLBY AUDIO' or 'DOLBY DIGITAL'.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK
Run SpaceFit Sound calibration again. Use the SmartThings app to initiate calibration. Ensure the room is silent and you are 1-2 feet from the soundbar during the process.

HEADS UP
True overhead effect requires a reflective ceiling surface (flat, not vaulted or heavily textured) between 7.5 and 12 feet high. The soundbar must be placed on the TV stand, not mounted in a wall-cutout.
