DIAGNOSIS
The remote's IR (Infrared) signal is being blocked, or the remote has lost its Bluetooth pairing for certain functions.
FIX
1. Check for physical obstruction. Ensure nothing is blocking the IR receiver on the soundbar's front display panel.
2. Re-pair the remote via Bluetooth. Press and hold the 'Sound Mode' and 'Volume Up' buttons on the remote simultaneously for 3 seconds. The soundbar display will show 'BT REMOTE PAIR'.
3. Test the remote's IR function. Point the remote at a smartphone camera and press a button. You should see a purple light through the camera viewfinder.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK
Perform a remote reset. Remove the batteries and press every button on the remote for 3 seconds to discharge any residual power. Reinsert the batteries.
HEADS UP
The remote uses both IR (for basic commands) and Bluetooth (for advanced functions like voice enhancement). Strong ambient light from LEDs or sunlight can flood the IR sensor. Temporarily dim the room lights.
