Step 2: Verify nothing is blocking the vents on the stick's body. Do not wrap it in decorative skins or cases. Step 3: Check the ambient temperature. If the TV's HDMI cluster is in a closed cabinet, provide ventilation.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Excessive heat causing throttling or shutdowns indicates a power issue. Replace the power adapter and cable with the official Amazon ones. Third-party adapters often supply unstable voltage, causing the voltage regulator to overwork and overheat.
