FIX
1. Ensure the household water supply valve under the sink, where the dishwasher's supply line connects, is fully open.
2. Check the dishwasher's inlet valve screen for clogs. Disconnect power and water, remove the supply line, and inspect the small screen inside the valve.
3. Verify the float switch in the dishwasher tub moves freely up and down.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The water inlet valve itself may be electrically faulty and not opening. A multimeter test is required to confirm.
HEADS UP IE errors are common after a water supply disruption or during periods of very low household water pressure. The unit requires a minimum water pressure to fill correctly.
