DIAGNOSIS The control panel is unresponsive. The primary cause is a power supply interruption or a tripped thermal fuse.
FIX
1. Verify the dishwasher's circuit breaker in your home's panel is ON.
2. Ensure the unit's power cord is firmly plugged into a live outlet.
3. Check the dishwasher's door is completely closed and latched. The unit will not power on if the door switch is not engaged.
4. Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to attempt a reset.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The internal thermal fuse on the control board may have blown. This requires a technician to diagnose and replace the main control board.
HEADS UP If the unit suddenly lost power mid-cycle, the thermal fuse is a likely suspect. It is a safety device that fails open if the control board overheats.
