DIAGNOSIS The most common hiccup is the machine struggling with certain types of home networks, especially dual-band (2.4GHz/5GHz) routers that use the same network name.
FIX The machine only works on 2.4GHz networks. First, try splitting your WiFi bands. Log into your router settings and create a separate network name (SSID) just for the 2.4GHz band, like "HomeWiFi_2G". Connect your phone to that new 2.4GHz network, then restart the Keurig setup process in the app. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on too, as that helps with initial pairing.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Power cycle everything. Unplug your Keurig for 30 seconds, restart your phone, and reboot your router. Then try the setup again from scratch, making sure you’re entering the WiFi password correctly.
HEADS UP The machine needs a decent signal. If it’s tucked in a metal cabinet or far from the router, that can cause dropouts even after setup.
