DIAGNOSIS Dust buildup on the fan blades inside the loop amplifier reduces efficiency and can cause imbalance.
FIX Unplug the machine. The loop amplifier is not designed to be disassembled by users. Use the brush attachment on your household vacuum cleaner to suck dust out of the gaps in the loop. A can of compressed air can help blow dust toward the vacuum nozzle.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK For heavy buildup, you may need professional cleaning. Do not attempt to pry open the sealed loop. You will break the plastic clips and void your warranty.
HEADS UP Never pour water or use wet cloths on the loop. Water can seep into the motor housing at the base and cause an electrical short or motor failure.
