You want to avoid scratches and liquid damage. The screen has an anti-glare, 3H hardness surface, so be gentle.
- Turn off the monitor and let it cool down.
- Use a dry, soft, lint-free microfiber cloth. Gently wipe the screen in a circular motion to remove dust.
- For smudges or fingerprints, lightly dampen a corner of the cloth with distilled water or a monitor-safe screen cleaner. Never spray liquid directly onto the screen.
- Wipe gently with the damp section, then immediately dry the area with the dry part of the cloth.
- For the bezel and stand, you can use the slightly damp cloth as well. Dry all surfaces thoroughly.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If a sticky residue remains, you can use a very small amount of isopropyl alcohol (70% or less) on the cloth, but test it on a small, inconspicuous area of the bezel first. Never use abrasive cleaners, paper towels, or tissues, as they can scratch the anti-glare coating.
