- Cable & Port: You must use a high-speed HDMI or DisplayPort 1.4 cable. Connect to one of the two HDMI ports or the single DisplayPort on the monitor.
- Source Output: On your PC or device, open display settings. Manually set the output resolution to 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz.
- Monitor Input: Use the monitor's joystick button to open the OSD. Navigate to Input and confirm you've selected the correct port (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, or DisplayPort) you are physically using.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The issue might be a graphics driver or a specific monitor setting. Update your graphics card drivers. On the monitor, ensure any scaling features like 'Super Resolution+' are disabled in the OSD Picture settings, as they can interfere with native resolution.
