how do i install the hook on my makita cordless drill? it didn't come with instructions

Installation is a three-step process. You need the hook and the provided screw.

1. Locate the groove on either side of the tool housing.
2. Insert the hook into the chosen groove.
3. Secure it firmly with the screw.

CAUTION: You must secure it with the screw firmly. If not, the hook may come off and cause personal injury.

To remove the hook, loosen the screw and take it out.
