hp m234dwe keeps saying it's offline and won't print wirelessly after i moved my router. what gives?

Moving the router or printer can weaken or break the wireless signal. The printer is too far from the router or there's new interference.

First, restore the printer's network settings and reconnect.

1. On the printer control panel, press and hold the Information button for 3 seconds, then release it. All buttons will light up.
2. Now, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together. The printer will restart and the Wireless button will blink blue, indicating it's in setup mode.
3. Use the HP Smart app on your phone or computer to set up the wireless connection again. Go to 123.hp.com to get the app if you don't have it.

If that didn't work: Your antivirus or firewall software might be blocking the connection. Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility to automatically diagnose and fix network issues. You can also check that your router is on and operational.

Heads up: For a stable connection, make sure the printer and router aren't too far apart. Reduce interference by keeping them away from microwaves, cordless phones, and other electronics.
