Diagnosis
Yeah, the Wi-Fi setup on these can be finicky, often due to the purifier not liking certain router settings or being too far from the access point.
How to Fix It
Make sure your phone is on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (the MinusA2 doesn't support 5 GHz). During setup in the Rabbit Air app, hold the Wi-Fi button on the purifier until the light blinks rapidly. Keep the purifier within 10 feet of your router during this process.
If That Didn't Work
Try temporarily disabling your router's firewall or using a mobile hotspot to see if it's a network security block. Sometimes a factory reset of the purifier's Wi-Fi module (hold Wi-Fi button for 10 seconds) clears the glitch.
Heads Up
Once set up, the connection is generally stable, but if you change your router or password, you'll have to go through the setup process again.
