Diagnosis
This almost always means the filters are clogged. The MinusA2 has multiple filter stages, and when they're dirty, airflow drops dramatically.
How to Fix It
Check the filter status light. If it's not red, manually inspect all filters: the pre-filter, the medium filter, and the main HEPA-type filter. Remove and clean or replace them as needed the maintenance schedule.
If That Didn't Work
If filters are clean and airflow is still weak, the fan motor might be failing or set to a very low speed. Check the speed settings on the panel or app to ensure it's not on "Sleep" mode, which is ultra-quiet.
Heads Up
Running the purifier on high speed constantly will clog filters faster. Using auto mode can help balance cleaning power with filter life.
