A completely dead monitor with no power light or signs of life is almost always a power supply issue. How to Fix It
- Unplug everything from the wall for safety.

- Inspect the power adapter brick and cables for any physical damage, fraying, or bent pins.
- Firmly reconnect all cables: plug the DC barrel connector fully into the monitor's power jack, then connect the power adapter's AC cord to the brick (if it's a two-part design), and finally plug it securely into a working wall outlet.
- Press the monitor's single control button briefly to turn it on. Look for a white LED power indicator on the front bezel.
If That Didn't Work
Test the wall outlet with another device. Try a different, known-good power cable between the wall and the adapter brick.
