Use only the power adapter that came with the monitor. Check the connection from the power adapter to the monitor's power jack and the wall outlet. To turn it on, briefly press the control button. For the 27-inch model only, you must connect the separate power cord to the power adapter first.
If the power cord or adapter is damaged, do not use the monitor. Unplug it and contact an authorized technician.
