Attach the base correctly. First, place the monitor face-down on a soft surface. Push the support arm onto the support base. Slide the top of the support arm into the slot on the back of the monitor. You should hear a click when it's properly connected.
If it's still wobbly after a confirmed click, the connection may be faulty. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.
