Diagnosis
Complete power failure. The issue is with the power connection, internal fuse, or a catastrophic internal fault.
How to Fix It
Use the checklist. One: Verify the outlet works with another device. Two: Inspect the power cord for damage along its entire length. Three: Ensure the cord is fully plugged into the DC port on the back of the purifier—it can seem connected but not be fully seated. Four: Try a different power outlet on a different circuit.
If That Didn't Work
The internal fuse may be blown. This requires disassembly and is not user-serviceable. Contact Blueair support. The model does not have a user-accessible fuse or reset button on the unit or cord.
Heads Up
Do not attempt to use a third-party power cord. The unit requires its specific 24V DC power adapter. Using an incorrect adapter can cause permanent damage.
