A solid red light ring with an audio alert indicates an error. Press the CLEAN button once for details.
Common causes and fixes:
- Tank Empty: The light ring will illuminate in a red sweeping motion toward the lid latch. Remove, fill, and reattach the tank. Fill to the top with water (13 fl oz / 385 mL). Add 6 capfuls of Braava jet Hard Floor Cleaning Solution first if using.
- Pad Issue: Ensure a Braava jet m Series pad is correctly attached. Press the pad eject button on the front to remove an old pad. Slide a new pad onto the tracks. Do not pre-wet pads.
- Sensor Blocked: Clean the sensors on the bottom of the robot with a damp cloth. Do not spray water directly onto sensor openings.
If the alert persists: Reboot the robot by holding the CLEAN button for 10 seconds.
