my braava m6 isn't spraying any water. the tank is full and it's moving around but the floor is dry.

The spray nozzle is likely clogged or the cleaning preferences are set incorrectly.

  1. Check the tank cap is closed securely.
  2. Inspect the Precision Jet Spray Nozzle on the bottom of the robot for debris. Clean it with a damp cloth.
  3. Open the iRobot HOME App. Verify your cleaning preferences. You can adjust the amount of water sprayed from the app.
  4. Ensure you are using a Wet Mopping Pad, not a Dry Sweeping Pad.

If that didn't work: The tank itself might have a blockage. Remove the tank, fill it with warm water, close the cap, shake lightly, and empty it to flush the system. Repeat if necessary.

Heads up: For optimal mopping, vacuum large debris first. The robot works best with the iRobot HOME App for customized settings.
