Diagnosis
This is a classic symptom of insufficient or unstable power. The TrackMix WiFi, especially when using PTZ and both lenses, draws more power than a typical security camera.
How to Fix It
If you're using the included 12V DC power adapter, check everything. Ensure the barrel plug is fully seated and clicked into the camera's power port. Try a different outlet, and don't use a long extension cord. If you're using Power over Ethernet (PoE), you must use the included PoE injector. A standard network switch's PoE port might not provide enough wattage (the camera needs IEEE 802.3at, PoE+, around 15W). The injector is rated for it.
If That Didn't Work
Overheating can cause protective reboots. Touch the camera housing (carefully, it might be hot). If it's very hot to the touch, it might be in direct sun. Try to provide some shade. Also, a failing or incompatible SD card can cause system crashes. Try removing the SD card entirely and see if the random reboots stop.
Heads Up
Using third-party power supplies or long, thin-gauge DC cables is a common culprit. They can't sustain the voltage under load, causing a brownout and reboot. Stick with the supplied cable and adapter, or buy a high-quality, name-brand 12V/2A adapter if you need a replacement.
