DIAGNOSIS The unit has no power. The most common cause is a failed thermal fuse on the main control board.

FIX Unplug the unit. Remove the base plate screws. Locate the main control board. Check the small, white thermal fuse for continuity with a multimeter. A blown fuse indicates an overheat event. Replace the fuse with an identical 10A 250V thermal fuse. Reassemble.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The issue could be the power cord or its internal connection. With the unit unplugged, inspect the cord where it enters the base for damage. Test cord continuity. If damaged, the entire cord assembly must be replaced.

HEADS UP A blown thermal fuse is a safety response. Ensure the internal heating plate and thermal probe are clean and the carafe is seated correctly to prevent a repeat overheat.
