Check the power cable is connected from the monitor to a wall outlet that is near and accessible. Ensure your monitor is electrically rated for the AC power in your location.
If the power is confirmed, the OSD menu or power button may be locked. To check, press and hold the Exit button (button 4 on the front panel) for four seconds. An unlock menu will appear.
