Check power and cable connections first.
- Verify the power cable is firmly connected to the monitor's AC power input and to a working wall outlet.
- Ensure the white power LED on the front bezel is lit. A steady white light means it's on. A flashing white light means it's in Standby mode.
- If using the USB-C upstream port (U2722DE only), confirm the connected laptop or device is powered on and the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The issue could be the input source. Press any button on the control panel to wake the monitor from standby. If it's on but shows 'No Input Signal', use the OSD menu to manually select the correct input source (DisplayPort, HDMI, or USB-C).
HEADS UP: If the power LED is completely off with a confirmed good power connection, the internal power supply may be faulty. Contact Dell support.
