Diagnosis
This is a system boot failure, most often caused by a corrupted firmware update or an unstable power supply during the previous shutdown.
How to Fix It
Force a hard reset. Disconnect the power cable. Hold the physical power button on the projector for 30 seconds. Reconnect power and press the power button once normally. If the boot loop persists, perform a factory reset. On the remote, press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds while the logo is displayed to enter recovery mode. Use the volume buttons to navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset' and confirm with the power button.
If That Didn't Work
The issue may be a failing internal eMMC storage module. Contact XGIMI support with your serial number. They can provide a specific firmware recovery file to load via USB if the recovery menu is accessible.
Heads Up
A factory reset erases all apps, logins, and settings. Ensure your projector is on a stable power source, like a UPS, during any future firmware updates.
