Your robot is signaling an error. Press the CLEAN button. It will play an audio alert that tells you the specific problem. The red light ring is the alert indicator.
Fix:
- Press the CLEAN button once to hear the audio message.
- Common alerts are for a low battery or an empty tank. If it's low battery, the robot will say "Low battery. Please charge." Slide it onto the charging station contacts.
- If the tank is empty, the light ring will show a red sweeping motion toward the lid latch. Remove the tank, fill it to the top with water, and reattach it.
If that didn't work: The robot might need a reboot. Hold down the CLEAN button for 10 seconds. All indicators will turn off and it will restart.
Heads up: Keep the sensors on the bottom of the robot clean. Wipe them with a damp cloth. Blocked sensors can cause navigation errors.
