my jadens printer just keeps blinking a blue light and won't connect to my phone, what am i doing wrong?

DIAGNOSIS The printer is in Bluetooth pairing mode but isn't establishing a stable connection. This is almost always a device pairing cache issue.

FIX Clear the printer from your phone's Bluetooth memory and re-pair. 1. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings. 2. Find "JADENS" or "BT Printer" in your paired devices list. 3. Tap the info (i) icon and select "Forget This Device" or "Unpair". 4. Power cycle the printer (turn it off and on). 5. When the blue light blinks, search for it again on your phone and pair fresh.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The printer might be trying to connect to a previously paired device out of range. Hold the printer's feed button for 5-7 seconds until the light changes, which clears its internal pairing memory, then try pairing again from step 4 above.

HEADS UP Do not initiate pairing from within a shipping app (like Pirate Ship or Shopify). Always pair at the system Bluetooth level first, then select the printer inside the app.
