The power circuit is interrupted. Check the basics first.
- Plug the brewer into its own grounded outlet. If the circuit is overloaded with other appliances, it may not function. Use a separate circuit if possible.
- Check the plug is secure in the wall outlet.
- Try a different outlet.
- Reset the circuit breaker if necessary.
- Ensure the Power Button on the front is pressed and illuminated.
If that didn't work: If the brewer was stored in a cold or freezing environment, wait at least two hours for it to reach room temperature before trying to power it on. Condensation or freezing inside can cause damage.
Heads up: This brewer must be grounded using a 3-hole properly grounded outlet. Do not cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord. If you only have a 2-prong outlet, you need to have it replaced.
