DIAGNOSIS The soundbar has no power. The most likely cause is an issue with the power supply connection or a deep protection mode.
FIX First, confirm the power cable is fully inserted into both the soundbar and the wall outlet. If confirmed, unplug the soundbar from the wall for a full 60 seconds. Plug it back in. Press and hold the power button on the soundbar itself (not the remote) for 10 seconds.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Try a different, known-working power outlet. If the soundbar still shows no signs of life, the internal power supply unit may have failed.
HEADS UP The SP7Y lacks a physical power switch. The only way to cut main power is to unplug it from the outlet.
