Diagnosis
The projector is not receiving power. The most likely cause is a failed handshake with the original 65W USB-C power adapter.
How to Fix It
Use only the provided Anker 65W PD charger and cable. Confirm the charger is plugged into a working outlet. Connect the cable to the projector's USB-C port. The indicator light should turn solid white immediately. If it blinks white, the battery is below 5% and needs 10 minutes of charging before powering on.
If That Didn't Work
Perform a hard reset. Hold down the power button on the projector for 15 seconds while it is connected to the original charger. Release and wait 60 seconds. Press the power button once normally.
Heads Up
The Capsule 3 Laser will not power on from a standard phone charger or a USB-C port on a laptop. It requires a full 65W Power Delivery source.
