DIAGNOSIS This is almost always a setup timing issue. You need to let it sit upright, unplugged, for a significant amount of time after moving it before you power it on.
FIX Here's what you do. 1) Unplug the unit right now. 2) Leave it completely upright and undisturbed in its final location for a solid 24 hours. Don't skip this. The refrigerant oil needs to settle back into the compressor after the journey. 3) After 24 hours, plug it into a dedicated wall outlet (not a power strip). Turn the thermostat dial inside to a middle setting. Give it another 4-6 hours to reach temperature.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If after all that it's still not cooling, the issue might be with the start-up capacitor for the compressor. You'd hear a faint click every few minutes but no hum. This requires a technician to check and replace.
HEADS UP Don't pack it with drinks while you're waiting for it to cool. Let it get down to temp empty first, then load it. Loading it warm makes the compressor work way too hard right out of the gate.
