The power base isn't getting current. First, confirm the power base is plugged into a working outlet.
Fix: Check the connection points. Place the cup assembly onto the power base and twist clockwise until you feel it lock and the motor engages. If it doesn't lock, the cup isn't seated correctly. The power base will not operate unless the cup is fully locked.
If that didn't work: The unit has internal protection against overheating. If it was run for too long, let it cool down completely for at least an hour. Then try again.
