DIAGNOSIS The printer's wireless connection has dropped or its network services have stopped. Check the physical indicator first.
FIX Look at the printer's Wi-Fi indicator lamp. If it is off, wireless is disabled. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the lamp flashes blue. Wait for it to turn solid. If flashing orange, the connection failed. Restart your router, then restart the printer.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Reset the printer's network settings. On the control panel, navigate to Device Settings > Reset Settings > Reset LAN Settings. Confirm. Then re-run wireless setup using the WPS method or the Canon PRINT app.
HEADS UP AirPrint and similar services require a stable connection to the same subnet. Ensure your devices are not using a guest network or a VPN, which can isolate them from the printer.
