DIAGNOSIS: The G30 only connects to 2.4GHz WiFi networks. If your router broadcasts a combined 2.4/5GHz signal under one name (SSID), or you're trying to use 5GHz, it will fail.
FIX: Log into your router and temporarily disable the 5GHz band or create a separate 2.4GHz-only network. Connect your phone to that 2.4GHz network, then try the app setup again.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The robot's WiFi module may need a hard reset. Hold the POWER and AUTO buttons for 10 seconds until you hear a tone. This resets WiFi without deleting maps. Then retry.
HEADS UP: The initial setup requires the robot to be on the dock. If it's low on battery, it won't enter pairing mode. Ensure it's charging and the blue light is on.
