DIAGNOSIS The subwoofer has power but lost its wireless connection to the soundbar. This is the most common issue with this model.
FIX Re-pair the subwoofer and rear satellites to the soundbar.
- Unplug the subwoofer and both rear speakers from power.
- Unplug the soundbar from power and wait 60 seconds.
- Plug the soundbar back in. Wait for it to fully power on.
- Plug the subwoofer back in. It should automatically search for the soundbar and the LED should turn solid white.
- Plug the rear speakers back in. They will also auto-pair. You'll hear a confirmation tone.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The subwoofer's internal amplifier board may have failed. Contact Vizio support for a replacement subwoofer under warranty, as this is a known hardware fault.
HEADS UP Keep the subwoofer within 30 feet of the soundbar and avoid placing it directly behind thick metal furniture, which can block the wireless signal.
