DIAGNOSIS: This points to wireless interference or a suboptimal Wi-Fi configuration. The XR1000 has separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, and congestion on either can tank your speed.
FIX: First, run a speed test while standing right next to the router. If it's good there, it's a range/signal issue. If it's still bad: 1) Log into DumaOS. 2) Go to 'WiFi Settings'. 3) Make sure 'Smart Connect' is OFF. 4) Connect your device manually to the 5GHz network (usually ends in '-5G') for speed tests. 5) In 'Advanced Wireless Settings', try changing the 5GHz 'Channel' to 36, 40, 44, or 48 (the lower DFS channels can be less crowded). 6) Ensure 'MU-MIMO' and 'Implicit Beamforming' are enabled.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: There might be physical interference. Keep the router out in the open, away from large metal objects, fish tanks, and dense brick/concrete walls. Also, other electronics like cordless phones or baby monitors can jam the 2.4GHz band.
HEADS UP: The advertised 'gaming' features like QoS can sometimes limit overall bandwidth if misconfigured. Check the 'QoS' menu and try disabling 'Congestion Control' temporarily to see if your raw Wi-Fi speed recovers.
