DIAGNOSIS: The DumaOS Geo-Filter is a powerful but blunt tool. It's likely blocking your friends because their game servers or, more commonly, their connection endpoints (which can be routed through data centers far away) are appearing outside your allowed radius.
FIX: 1) In the DumaOS interface, go to the Geo-Filter. 2) Make sure you're on the right profile (e.g., PlayStation or Xbox). 3) Pause the filter. 4) Have your friends join your party/lobby. 5) You'll see icons pop up on the map for each connected player/server. 6) Add each of your friends' icons to your 'Allow List' (the circle-with-plus icon). 7) Turn the filter back on. This whitelists them specifically, regardless of location.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The radius might be too small. Expand your allowed radius to cover a much wider area (like 1500+ miles) as a test. If that fixes it, you can slowly shrink it back down, but know that some game connections are just weirdly routed.
HEADS UP: The Geo-Filter works best when the game is fully closed on your console/PC before you adjust settings. Always reboot the game after making changes for them to take effect properly.
