DIAGNOSIS Normal for juicing blenders. The fine mesh around the blades traps pulp. It is not designed to be fully disassembled.
FIX Immediately after use, fill the pitcher halfway with warm water and a drop of dish soap. Run the blender on low for 30 seconds. Dump the water. Use the included cleaning brush to scrub the mesh from the underside. Rinse thoroughly.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK For dried-on pulp, soak the entire blade assembly in warm, soapy water for an hour. Use a stiff-bristled brush (like a toothbrush) to work pulp out of the mesh.
HEADS UP Never use metal utensils or scouring pads on the mesh. This scratches the plastic, making pulp stick worse and harboring bacteria.
