DIAGNOSIS Error 1 is a wheel stall. Error 2 is a brush stall. Something is tangled or blocking movement.
FIX For Error 1, turn the robot over. Manually spin both main wheels. They should move freely. Remove any hair or string wrapped around the axles. For Error 2, remove the brushroll cover. Pull out the main brushroll and clear all hair and debris from both ends and the bearings.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The stall sensor may be faulty. After cleaning, perform a hard reset. Power the robot off, wait 10 seconds, then power it back on. If the error returns immediately, the motor or sensor needs service.
HEADS UP These errors will occur if you run the robot on very thick rugs with tassels. The tassels get sucked in and jam the brushroll instantly.
