the app says 'robot not connected to wifi' but it's sitting right next to the router, i've tried resetting a bunch.

DIAGNOSIS The robot's Wi-Fi module has crashed or your network's 2.4GHz band has incompatible settings.

FIX Perform a full Wi-Fi reset on the robot. Hold the Dock and Max buttons together for 5 seconds until you hear a tone. Delete the robot from your app. Re-add it as a new device. During setup, ensure your phone is on the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Your router may be using WPA3 security or a wide channel width. Log into your router. Set the 2.4GHz band to WPA2-AES only and use channel 1, 6, or 11. Disable any "Smart Connect" feature that bands networks together.

HEADS UP The robot cannot connect to 5GHz networks or networks requiring a secondary login page (like some hotels or apartments).
